Dr Ian Campbell - ChairmanDr Campbell holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales and has 35 years experience in software and electronic commerce. Dr Campbell was the co-founder of the privately owned CPS Group of Companies in 1970, and has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the CPS Group since 1990. The CPS Group is currently the major shareholder in Clarity. |

Mr Geoff Harrington - Non-Executive DirectorMr Harrington has over 30 years experience in investment banking covering all aspects of corporate finance including divestments, acquisitions, take-overs and take-over defences. He has advised on cross border transactions in the UK, US, France, Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia the Netherlands and Thailand. Since 1990 Mr Harrington has run his own firm providing a top-level investment banking service for smaller transactions. Mr Harrington holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales. |

Mr Ian Lancaster - Non-Executive DirectorMr Lancaster holds a BA (Major Accounting and Financial Accounting) from Macquarie University and has been a CPA since 1985. Over his accounting career he has held various senior executive positions including Vice President Accounting and Finance of the Grundy Organisation and Network Financial Controller for The Seven Network. He has also a keen appreciation for the challenges of developing a strong commercial environment, having himself built a large successful general insurance brokerage firm. Mr Lancaster brings to the Company's board of directors a unique combination of extensive accounting and business experiences that will be of great assistance to the current directors. |

Ms Fiona McLeod – Non-Executive DirectorMs McLeod is Victoria’s Energy and Water Ombudsman and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Over her career she has held local, state and national elected roles in the Commonwealth Public Service Union, Press Secretary and Research assistant to a Federal Parliamentarian, General Manager in the State Trust Corporation of Victoria and CEO of the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Fiona was appointed to the Clarity board in January 2007. |

Mr Jon Newbery – Chief Executive Officer & DirectorJon Newbery has more than 20 years of management, finance, operational, and turnaround experience. He qualified as an accountant with Arthur Andersen in London, before moving to Warsaw, Poland in 1991 to assist in establishing the consultancy’s Polish practice. He then moved on to run a Toronto listed investment fund focusing on investment opportunities in Poland. In 2000 Jon moved to Australia, where he established his own consulting business and successfully ran a number of early stage Australian technology businesses as well as advising on fund raising, restructuring and exit opportunities. Jon joined the Powerlan group in 2006 and was instrumental in the development of a new strategy and its restructuring. He took over as the CEO of Clarity in 2009. Jon holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Nottingham (England) and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. |

Tony Garcia – Chief Operating Officer & Executive DirectorTony Garcia is responsible for Clarity’s Sales, Product, and Services business units. Tony is an IT industry veteran, specializing in demonstrating to the world’s leading operators the tangible value of using software solutions to improve business process efficiency and meeting the challenges of the fast changing Telecoms industry. Tony joined Clarity in 2010 as Vice President, Global Sales and Alliances. He became COO and Executive Director in 2012. Prior to joining Clarity, Tony held posts at both operators and ISVs, including HP/EDS, Telcordia and at Easynet/BSkyB. Tony holds a BSc (Hons), is an accredited TOGAF Enterprise Architect and is a member of the IOD, the IEEE and the BCS. |
