Clarity Field Service Manager provides the centralized management of work force activity requests, initiated by any system for any type of service order, and tracks jobs through to completion with optimized work force management.

- Centralizes the management of field service requests received from other Clarity modules, or external modules
- Automatically assigns tickets to the appropriate work groups and resources based on skill, location and availability
- Tracks job ticket status and creates sub tasks as required; calculating and tracking task durations, and generating jeopardy notifications and escalations as required
- Provides key information to field staff prior to site visits on the location and nature of work required to ensure the correct site is visited and the right equipment is available
- Incorporates testing processes through integration with Test Manager to verify services are operating correctly before the site is left
