System Integrators
Clarity selects System Integration Partners that fit the following profile:
- Specialisation in the Telecommunications Industry or a strong
Telecommunications Industry Vertical which is considered to be a significant
contributor to total revenue
- A reputation of success implementing and integrating OSS and BSS Solutions
- Strong relationships with complementary ISVs and Network Equipment Vendors
- A geographical presence that allows Clarity to enter new markets and build
additional opportunities for both parties
- Share Clarity’s vision and customer focus
Program Management
The Clarity SI partner implementation model assumes that the SI Partner acts
as Program Manager and Prime Contractor, taking commercial responsibility of end
to end delivery of a solution. Clarity will then act as a sub-contractor of
software and specialised professional services.
System Integration
Clarity will deliver the core Clarity software licences and product specific
consultancy services. The SI Partner will undertaken product configuration,
systems integration, non core customisations, interface development, data
migration, testing and delivery of any complementary surround solutions to
provide a complete solution to meet the full customer requirements. Part of the
deliverable from Clarity is a “Minimum Service Package” or Block of SME days.
Platform Integration
The SI Partner shall deliver key elements of hardware, database and
networking services. Larger projects may require partners to deliver integration
tools such as EAI, where they are part of the Project.
