Clarity selects ISV partners that have complementary software product offerings to Clarity OSS, therefore enabling a joint value proposition to customers which provides increased end to end business process automation spanning beyond the OSS domain. This is predominantly software vendors in the Telcommunications Billing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), areas but can also extend to vendors with niche point solutions for a particular technology domain or customer type.
The Clarity ISV Partner Engagement model includes the following steps:
- Identify the combined value proposition resulting from the partnership
- Develop awareness of each other’s product offering and value proposition within each other’s Technology and Sales Teams
- Follow and complete relevant respective formal partner and certification program requirements
- Identify joint opportunities and develop and manage pipeline and leads
- Identify joint marketing opportunities and execute to marketing plans
